Davis, Hatley, Haffeman & Tighe, P.C., is a business and litigation law firm located in Great Falls, Montana. In continuous existence since 1912, the Firm originally focused on insurance defense work. While the defense of insureds and insurers remains a primary component of the Firm’s litigation practice, it has expanded over the years to include business and commercial, class action, product liability, employment, environmental, and toxic tort litigation. Davis Hatley also regularly defends the State of Montana in tort actions.
