Travis A. Cushman
Travis is an experienced trial attorney who has served as a special civil prosecutor for the City of Great Falls, a special prosecutor for the Cascade County Attorney's Office, and a designated substitute Judge. Travis has tried cases in Municipal Courts, Justice Courts, Montana District Courts, and Federal Trial Courts as well as appearing in the Montana Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Throughout his career Travis has been committed to volunteering legal time to help his community and citizens of modest means. In 2009, he was awarded the Honorable Judge Robert P. Goff Pro-Bono Award for his outstanding service to citizens who would otherwise have no access to the civil justice system. In 2016, the American Bar Association published a book Travis authored titled: Child Abuse and Neglect Cases, a Comprehensive Guide to Understanding the System.
